TICKET POLICY
Please check the day, date and time of the performance(s) listed on your ticket(s) to make sure they reflect your desired performance(s).
All sales are final. No refunds allowed. Service charges are not refundable. Patrons purchasing wheelchair or accessible seating that do not require these features will be relocated at the discretion of management. If a show’s ticket limit is exceeded, the order may be cancelled in part or in full and the tickets invalidated. By use of this ticket, the holder acknowledges and agrees that this ticket constitutes a revocable license that may be revoked by Broadway Sacramento at their sole discretion and does not confer ownership or leasehold rights. This ticket is subject to any federal or state law and Broadway Sacramento policies regarding the re-sale of tickets. Broadway Sacramento reserves the right to invalidate tickets and suspend future sales for anyone caught or suspected of reselling our tickets for more than face value. This ticket shall not be valid to permit entry if it has been deactivated as a result of reissuance or other cancellation.
Every guest entering the theater must have a ticket. No one under the age of 4 is permitted in the theaters, unless otherwise specified. Before purchasing tickets, we recommend patrons do their own research on a show to help decide if it is appropriate for themselves and those they bring to the theatre.
Ticket holder consents to a reasonable search of bags at the entrance to the facilities. Latecomers, and those who exit the seating area during the show, will not be permitted to go into the theater until an appropriate interval.
No photography or recording of any kind is permitted, and devices will be confiscated by the theater for the duration of the performance. They will be returned after all recordings/photographs are deleted from the device.
Ticket holder assumes any and all risks occurring before, during or after the performance, including but not limited to injury by any cause and releases management, facility, participants, artists and their respective affiliates and representatives from any related claims.
