The Broadway Sacramento Education and Community Engagement Department offers a variety of workshops taught by theatre professionals from our Broadway On Tour productions. These educational opportunities, which focus on topics such as vocal technique, acting, instrumental music, and dance, help participants of all ages refine their performance skills by providing Broadway-caliber training. Whether aspiring young artists or lifelong learners, participants gain unique insight into the fast-paced world of musical theatre. Most classes culminate in a question-and-answer session with the instructor. Workshops are held throughout the year, so check back often to see what’s coming up!

Take your performance to the next level working with a cast member from the Broadway On Tour production of COMPANY. Students will have the opportunity to break down their songs using active and positive choices. The main focus will be on storytelling and emotional connection, followed by a Q&A about COMPANY, auditioning, and life as a professional performer on the road.
