HOW TO ORDER TICKETS
Forms of Payment Accepted
Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards are accepted by phone, in person and online. Discover card is not. In person, you may also use cash, checks and California Musical Theatre gift certificates and ticket redemption certificates.
Order by Phone
Call (916) 557-1999. All phone orders will be charged a $9 per-order processing fee. Tickets ordered by phone can be either mailed to you or picked up at will call. The phone line is open Mondays through Saturdays from 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. The box office is regularly closed on Sundays, except when a show is on stage or on the Sunday immediately preceding an opening. On Sundays, the box office is open from 12 noon to 5 p.m. Processing fees for The Cosmopolitan Cabaret shows are $7.
Order in Person
At the window, you may purchase tickets with no processing fees. The Wells Fargo Pavilion Box Office is open Mondays through Saturday from 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. The box office is regularly closed on Sundays, except when a show is in production or on the Sunday before a show opens, from 12 noon to 5 p.m. The same hours apply to phone orders. On Music Circus show nights (Tuesdays through Sundays), the box office will remain open through intermission (approximately 9 p.m.) For up-to-the-minute box office hours, please call (916) 557-1999.
Order Online
Tickets for individual Music Circus shows are available online through Tickets.com. To order tickets online, visit www.Tickets.com. All ticket orders placed online including links through and from this website are commercial transactions with Tickets.com and will be subject to Tickets.com's policies including a per-ticket convenience fee and processing fees. Questions regarding online purchases may be directed to customerservice@tickets.com.
Mail Order
Mail orders will be accepted prior to single tickets going on sale. An order form may be found in the season brochure. Mail orders received will be processed by date priority. Handling fees of $9 per order ($12 per subscription order) will apply. Availability of seat locations is not guaranteed with mail orders. Prices subject to change.
Group Tickets
Discounts for groups of 12 or more for Music Circus are only available by calling the group sales department at (916) 557-1198 or emailing groupsales@calmt.com. Group ticket sales are not available at the Wells Fargo Box Office location. The group sales department phones are open Mon - Fri 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Be Careful Where You Buy
Be wary of buying tickets from any other source than the ones listed above. California Musical Theatre is unable to seat, replace or refund for an fraudulent, invalid or duplicated tickets.
TICKETING POLICIES
FACILITY FEE
To help pay for the new Wells Fargo Pavilion theater, tickets for all productions at the Wells Fargo Pavilion have a $6 facility fee included in every ticket price. California Musical Theatre includes this fee when we published the ticket price in brochures and on our website. Tickets.com adds the facility fee to their fees section.
FEES FOR PHONE & MAIL ORDER
Phone and mail orders for Music Circus tickets carry a $9 processing fee per order (not per ticket).
FEES FOR ONLINE ORDERS
Online ticket orders through Tickets.com are subject to Tickets.com's per-ticket convenience fee and processing fee, which are a percentage of the purchase price, approximately a 15-18% fee.
FEES FOR IN PERSON ORDERS
Individual tickets purchased in person are not charged a processing fee. All season ticket packages, regardless of place of purchase are charged a $11 processing fee.
CHILDREN
Children under four (including babes in arms) will not be admitted.
LATE SEATING POLICY
Late arriving audience members may be held out until the first appropriate seating opportunity. Late seating holds are in place for the convenience of the performers and audience members who are seated at show time. The length of seating holds vary by production and are set in consultation with production artistic staff.
REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY
All tickets for Music Circus productions are non-refundable. Requests for ticket exchanges should be made at the point of origin. Please consult Tickets.com regarding their exchange policies. Tickets purchased at the Wells Fargo Pavilion Box Office may be exchanged for the same production only at least 48 hours before the earlier performance. A $2 fee will be charged for each ticket exchanged in addition to any ticket price upgrade. Unused tickets originally purchased through the Wells Fargo Pavilion Box Office can be donated back to the theatre at the Wells Fargo Pavilion Box Office at least 24 hours prior to show time as a tax-deductible membership contribution.
SERVICES FOR THE DEAF AND HEARING-IMPAIRED
Sign-interpreted performances are offered for most productions. This program, facilitated by a team of talented, caring and professional interpreters, sign the final Sunday performance of each production.
